Blow-Fed Screwdrivers

Dixon offers the latest technological advancements in driving threaded fasteners. The blow-fed SD-2000 Series screw/nut drivers are equipped with Stöger spindles. Driving heads are available in four basic sizes which accommodate a wide range of applications. SD-2000 spindles can be placed at close centers for multiple spindle operation. Driving bits are quick change and do not require tools. Drivers can be mounted in any attitude and the slim line design is ideal for multiple spindle applications.

The Dixon SD-2000 Series Blow-Fed Automatic Screwdrivers are available in various sizes to accommodate both fastener size and applications. The Driving Spindles are compact in design, easily tooled, efficient, and maintenance free. The Screwdrivers can be mounted vertically, or at any other position. They are well suited for robotic assembly applications. All Model SD-2000 Series Screwdrivers can be supplied with or without vibratory feed systems.

Model SD-120 Automatic Driver feeds and drives headless fasteners and threaded studs. The feed system is tooled to orient the headless fasteners prior to insertion by the Driver into the workpiece. The Driver can be furnished for torque or depth drive control specifications as required.
