Dixon offers a complete line of vibratory feeder controls with general purpose NEMA 1 and oil tight NEMA 12 enclosures. Standard controls can be selected to operate (1) bowl only; (2) bowl and track; or (3) bowl, track and supply hopper. These controls are available with a variety of part sensors, both optic and proximity, to control the level of piece parts in the feed tracks.

Dixon offers a complete control systems for our automated assembly equipment. Dixon utilizes industry standard control components that include PLC's, touch screen interfaces, pushbuttons, foot switches, light curtains, and much more.

Dixon also offers our PLC Access® Modem which enables a remote technician to connect to a machine's PLC through the programming port and an analog phone line. This connection allows transfer of the ladder logic program to, or from, the remote location. Modification, correction, or troubleshooting of the ladder logic can be accomplished remotely, and the revised ladder logic program can be transferred back to the PLC.
