Model ES-48

Transfers pieceparts from a feed track to a work station or holding fixture in a positive manner. Used for applications where pieceparts feed up to a positive detented position. The rammer is lifted on the return stroke enabling pieceparts in the track time to move forward. A rear escapement finger is used to separate one piecepart at a time by moving it forward during the escapement stroke. The front rammer finger is tooled to push the separated piecepart forward into the work fixture. Can be tooled to index workpieces along an inline assembly system for any number of machining or part insertion applications. Can also be mounted on its side or in an inverted position.
