AP-325 Pick And Place
Dixon's Model AP-325 Pick & Place Stations are custom designed with a wide selection of horizontal and vertical strokes to suit a specific placement application. The piece part size and weight can affect the cycle rate of the station. Each Pick & Place station is complete with a tooled vibratory feed system, feed tracks, placement jaws, mounting structure, and controls.

AP-360 Pick And Place
Dixon's Model AP-360 Auto-Fed Pick & Place Station is available with two different horizontal transfer strokes. The lift and place vertical strokes may be adjusted with each unit. Cycle rates as high as 80 placements per minute. A precision cam guides the linkage that carries the placement jaws. The pick & place stations may be purchased separately or complete with a tooled vibratory feed system, feed tracks, mounting structure, and interlocking controls.
