Dixon offers a selection of Vibratory Feed Systems with bowl diameters from 230mm to 900mm in size. Our stainless steel bowls can be tooled for a wide range of piece parts and or fasteners. Each tooled bowl is furnished with the necessary drive control. Custom feed tracks can be provided with vibratory inline tracks or gravity incline tracks depending on the application.

A complete line of Feeder Controls used to operate vibratory bowls, supply hoppers, and inline vibratory feed tracks. Many of these Models have part sensing features to control the level of piece parts in the Vibratory Bowl Feeder. Available with general purpose and oil-tight NEMA enclosures.

Low carbon and stainless steel Supply Hoppers can be furnished up to 5 cubic foot capacities. The solid welded construction and design provides smooth delivery of the piece parts into the feeder bowl. All hoppers are sold as untooled units. The Hoppers are available with a feeder bowl Control Sensor that will maintain the proper level of piece parts in the feeder bowl for maximum efficiency.

Dixon offers a line of standard linear Inline Vibratory Track Drives that provide the necessary amplitude to effectively convey piece parts on horizontal feed track applications. Each Drive offers superior performance with smooth and rapid flow of piece parts throughout the entire length of a feed track.
