This cell is designed and manufactured to install a
series of decorative rivets on the perimeter of a wheel assembly.
- Two (2) Part placers with 900 lbs (4.0 kN) of force
- two (2) vibratory feed systems with Devcon lining
- roller gear index mechanism with wheel fixture on a slide to assist operator ease in loading wheel rims
- complete machine Lexan guarding
- fixture compensates for variable wheel widths
